Job Responsibilities:
? Provide accurate, efficient and timely processing of all service center orders in accordance with Tiffany & Co. service and quality standards. This includes but is not limited to identifying and managing the expectations of the appropriate internal and external technical resources, appropriating the necessary parts and materials for each order, and capturing of all relevant information in a systematic manner.
? Proactively and accurately maintains, monitors, and procures parts, materials and sundry inventory. When necessary, works with Tiffany Service Center New York or local sources to procure and replenishment the inventory
? Liaisons with Tiffany & Co. China regional markets for service order follow up and status. If necessary, directly communicates with China market retail customers and works with Tiffany China Retail management to resolve customer service issues.
? Perform occasional machine engraving on customer-owned merchandise and other office administrative and clerical functions, including the timely processing of all relevant invoices.
? Understand and comply with all Tiffany & Co. policies and procedures, written department processes and verbal instructions, including but not limited to, internal audit and human resources policies, and health and safety best practices.
? Work safely at all times by consistently following safe work procedures as well as all safety procedures required at your worksite; promptly report all incidents and safety issues to your supervisor
